When playing on our map for a long time, make a backup of the mod version and your save! When updating the mod, your houses may become black, entire chunks of towns will be distorted, and your stuff will definitely suffer due to loss of cabinet textures. New content will not be added to your save if you started playing on an older version. New towns will only be on a new save, or if you delete the old generated chunks in the game files, but this is done the hard way. This is the logic of the game, there is nothing we can do about it. The only thing we can do is stop updating our mod, which you won’t like. So sorry, thanks for your attention.

The Research Facility, KY is a full expansion and redesign of the secret military base that can be found to the west of Rosewood, KY. It’s design is inspired by the sprawling complex of Black Mesa from the Half-Life series, as well as from the town of Eureka from the TV show Eureka (2006).The facility conducts advanced research in the areas of high tech aerospace engineering, plant sciences and advanced biomedical research. The facility contains a several large research facilities, a satellite launch facility, a small heliport, a military outpost and a company town to house the employees of the facility.GameplayThe entire facility is surrounded by double wide, unclimbable military grade fence, and at the time of gamestart the facility has been placed on a full lockdown. This means it will be impossible to get past the main gate with a car until youhave a sledgehammer(you can still climb the front gate). The zombie population are very high within the facility, but there are many valuable looting areas and many army vehicle spawns making it a much more attractive late-game looting spot compared to its vanilla counterpart."The Biomedical & Engineering Facilities are on full lockdown with shutters blocking off all entrance and exits, if the system worked the infection will be contained" (hint: there are ways in/out without a sledge)You can spawn within the base, but the spawns are VERY high so it will be a very tough start in terms of numbers if playing on normal or above.An optional addon is included that connects the Research Facility to Rosewood via a proper main road (see worldmap image for cells)CompatabilityThe map uses the cells 18,41 / 18,42 & 19,41 / 19,42.Works well with…

FO4 Sanctuary

From Fallout 4, Sanctuary Hills is the first place most people went to after the vault had opened. With that being said, lots of people will be rather familiar with this map and what it contains. Its a close representation of sanctuary hills from fallout 4. Its an island consisting of around 12 houses to live, a Red Rocket gas stop included with a parking lot for vehicle storage, plenty of natural resources. Not only that, the island can only be accessed by 2 point in the map, where the bridges are, meaning zombies will have a difficult time getting to you(especially if you gate up the bridges).With Npcs coming in the near future, I wanted to have a place to build a prospering settlement. A big enough area to hold people in, with very few entrances makes sanctuary possibly one of the best places to be for settlement.Warning- Due to my idiocy, counters in houses dont spawn great loot, seriously, they spawn erasers and pens, so make sure you loot up Louisville before you come here. Added some farms behind some houses to help with low food spawn.
Clicking on the mod doesnt display the image of the mod, causing errors, click off after enabling and errors will stop.
Map not updated to display sanctuary nor is there a loot able one. Display photos of the mod (last two photos) show how to get to sanctuary.Update- Added Sanctuary to vanilla map, can now be viewed in game.Some doors and windows were misplaced in the houses, has now be fixed.Fixed Red Rockets roof, as water didnt reach it (rain wouldnt water plants on its roof but now does).Bridge had invisible tiles blocking cars from getting over, tiles have been removed, cars can now go over the bridge.Thank you for the feedback on the map and its issues as I couldnt properly test the map with the time I had. Welcome to New Tersh! A large bustling city with a lively downtown popular with travelers. If the sounds of downtown aren’t really your thing, check out the quiet suburbs and friendly neighborhoods on the outskirts. Unfortunately even before the Knox Event the cities industrial side started to die and become abandonded as factories started to move to more profitable locations, maybe there’s something worthwhile there thats not been picked over by the old vagrants, and now the new survivors, but I doubt it!All spawn locations are in the residential areas with a small buffer zone from downtown so you’re not immediately thrown to the wolves! Some houses even have multiple spawns, so if youre starting a new server with friends theres a VERY RARE chance you might even spawn in a house with your buddy, you must now RP as siblings, partners, or roomates at least!15 Chunk map (5 x 3 ) located just north of Bedford Falls. The selected chunks at time of creation were completely unoccupied by any other mod map, this is subject to change, but due to its off location there shouldnt be any conflicts.

This base is design based on the "Barricaded Strip Mall" in 《State of decay 2》Do you tired of every time you install/uninstall some mods that you have to start a new game and rebuild a new base ?
Just install this mod and it give you a nice base that you can move in right away when you start a new game!1. 2nd floor & Large flat roof.
2.Large open area to build and a extra warehouse.
3.right next to the deep forest.
4.A wooden house next to a small lake you can do fishing in 100 meter(it’s also a spawn point).
5.The base right between two gas stations and two big town.Tips:
1. Just 1 generator can’t cover the whole base, and refill generators is tedious. So i suggest to install "IMMERSIVE SOLAR ARRAYS" mod
